The refund of the consultation fee, paid in advance, is made if the patient makes their request within a period of up to 24 hours before the scheduled day/time of the consultation. The refund of the amount paid will always be made by bank transfer to the NIB/IBAN provided by the patient.

There is no refund of the amount paid if the patient does not attend the consultation without prior notice.
